Our newly established department ‘Service Management’ seeks an engaged Team Manager to support our growing demand. The department’s activities are focused on supporting and maintaining GMP facilities in the pharmaceutical market. Our department is on a rapid growth path and is building strong relationships with our most valued Customers.

NNE has a unique level of experience regarding technologies, processes, and validation within Pharmaceutical manufacturing. The department offers engineering and consultancy services, utilizing the Framework of ITIL and Knowledge Centered Services (KCS), within Automation & IT.

Our services cover 24/7 1^st level support, standardization & optimization of service delivery, Service Management and reporting, system and equipment testing, project execution in the later project phases – typically qualification, validation and testing to handover & operation.

The job
You will be leading a group of engaged engineers and technical supporters, combining business understanding with technical- and GMP experience for the benefit of our clients. You will be part of the Customer Service, management team and have an active role in the strategic development of the department and services.

As Team Manager of the Service Management department, you will be responsible for

• Managing and developing the right competencies in the department.
• Ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction and close cooperation with our clients and NNE colleagues across discipline.
• Being active in driving operational excellence and aftersales.
• P&L responsible

Being the team manager of a team of skilled engineers in a specialized environment is an exciting and rewarding challenge for any candidate who thrives on motivating strong performers to grow and develop their technical- and personal skills continuously. Your team members primarily work on Service Level Agreements, and one of your key task is to match the right people with the right tasks in collaboration with Service Delivery Managers and your employees. In addition, you will have a shared responsibility for continuously improving the efficiency and quality of our Services.

Your qualifications

• You hold a relevant M.Sc. or B.Sc. degree in Business, Engineering or Pharmacy or similar.
• You have +3 years of leadership experience as manager, team leader, Service Delivery Manager or project manager in either the IT service, engineering- or pharmaceutical industry.
• You have a strong technical insight in pharmaceutical production establishment, preferably in finished products manufacturing/facilities.
• You have experience with sales of technical project services.
• Preferably, you have +3 years of experience within the pharmaceutical industry.

You are a strong collaborator who thrive on coordinating your department’s efforts with neighboring departments, sales, and Service Delivery managers. You have good communication- and stakeholder management skills with a special focus on our customers’ needs. Furthermore, proficiency in Danish and English, both written and spoken, is required.
