Become a Strategic People Business Partner for Global Finance & Business Support (GFBS) and Global People, & Business Transformation (GPBT)

During the past two years, Global People have initiated and implemented a number of strategic projects to support the LEO 2025 strategy. A natural part of this has been to commence the OneHR transformation project and ensure, that we can support the cultural transformation needed to realize our future strategic objectives.

As Head of People Business Partnering for Corporate Functions, you will play a pivotal role in further increasing the business value of HR, and ensuring that People Business Partnering become more efficient through the implementation of SuccessFactors, an HR IT infrastructure. By the end of this transformation we will have unified a number of people services - and changed the setup for our People Services, People Partnering and the way we work.

You possess an excellent collaborative working style and business acumen enabling you to be the trusted partner to the Executive Vice President of GFBS and his leadership team. Furthermore you will lead a team of HRBPs working across Corporate Functions. Lastly you will be HR responsible for People Denmark, representing HR/LEO in the Danish work council (SU) etc.

Your primary tasks will be to:

• Set the direction for and lead your team of People Business Partners
• Work as a business sparring partner for the EVP of GFBS
• Analyse and define organisational capabilities and translate these into future plans to support organizational development and drive the fulfilment of the LEO 2025 strategy
• Develop and deploy people strategies and objectives and execute on global concepts, processes and solutions
• Ensure availability and development of necessary leadership, functional and behavioural competencies
• Partner with Line Managers to ensure that the organisational capacity match the business needs - by supporting organisational reviews, ad hoc people assessment, talent identification etc.
• Provide support to Line Managers on people processes and deliverables, e.g. recruitment, redundancies, salary and incentive processes, training etc.
• Build a strong network with global as well as local teams

You will report to the Head of Global People Business Partnering and be based at the LEO Pharma headquarters in Ballerup, Greater Copenhagen. You can expect to travel app. 30 days a year in order to meet with colleagues and partners across LEO affiliates.

Experienced HR Professional with solid change management skills as well as  business acumen

You have a master’s degree in business administration or similar and a minimum of 10 years of HR leadership experience from working in a complex organisational and international setting. Your HR toolbox is loaded, and you know how and when to use the right tools to complete the task at hand. Ideally you have experience from global operations and your strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills enable you to navigate effectively with a clear direction across multiple countries, sites and agendas. To succeed, you will need strong communication skills including the ability to translate/adapt messages in order for them to resonate with different audiences.

You work with an analytical, structured and proactive can-do approach to your tasks. In combination with your strategic understanding and conceptual skills you are capable of turning complicated challenges into smart and practical outcomes. You have the courage to address difficult issues and stand your ground on the right advisory. Last but not least, you work with a high level on energy that transcends to the team you lead.

You have a well-developed cultural flair, and are seasoned in building and maintaining productive partnerships across borders and functions. You transmit your personal enthusiasm to people around you to ensure deliveries according to plans and deadlines. And as a true team player you are aware of the potential that lies in a group who share a common will to fight, laugh, win and celebrate as a team.
