3i is part of Quality Management & Environmental Protection, Health Management and Safety department. The purpose of 3i is to help Siemens managers achieve their business targets, and in doing so, to increase the value of the company. The principles of our idea management are designed to deliver and improve the process that is performed quickly, un-bureaucratically and autonomously. For our 3i team located in Brande we are looking for a self-driven student worker who is interested in Lean, Quality and Innovation Management. In this role you will assist in moderation of meetings, workshops and coaching of change processes, so that the successful integration of 3i and Lean is assured. What are my responsibilities? · Preparation of relevant material to the organization. · Ensure clear and fast idea and innovation processes in defined areas · Stakeholder follow-up regarding finalizing of implemented ideas · Follow-up meetings concerning current and future processes in 3i · Updating and maintaining the 3i database · Ad-hoc What do I need to qualify for this job? · Enrolled student within business studies on bachelor or masters level. Please attach documentation of your enrolment and your grade transcripts to your application. · Skilled user of MS Office PPT and Excel and have a flair for IT systems and databases in general. · We expect you to be an excellent communicator and speak and write English fluently. · You have a flexible mindset and are able to work in a multicultural and international environment.
