Would you like to use your strong marketing and agency experience to help build one brand – a brand that is hugely successful, innovative and internationally known for making a global contribution to clean water and energy efficiency? Then join the Group Marketing & Sales Development department and become part of BrandBox – our in-house marketing agency. In collaboration with marketing and other creatives, you develop marketing campaign concepts and take part in layout and graphic tasks. The position is temporary (18 months) with the possibility of extension. You refer to Group Director, Branding, Gitte Kirkeby Søe. ”Our team combines the strength and forces of freelancers alongside more permanent colleagues, which means that we have a great variety of skills and capabilities to work on projects of varying sizes. We enjoy an informal, ambitious and creative atmosphere, where collaboration across functions is essential,” Gitte explains. Hvad drejer jobbet sig om? As an art director, you develop concepts for campaigns and other marketing initiatives, mainly for the group marketing function, but also for marketing departments in the local countries. Moreover, you participate hands-on in the production of graphic marketing material. Managing and driving your own projects, you also creatively challenge the marketing activities and campaigns developed within BrandBox. “BrandBox is still a relatively small in-house agency with 3 permanent colleagues collaborating with a larger group of freelancers. As we are still building the agency, you will also need to work hands-on with layout and graphic tasks, especially in the beginning. Stepping in while the team is still young, however, gives you a unique chance to help shape and influence the future of BrandBox,” Gitte says. Hvad skal der til for at ansøge? You are educated within graphic design or visual communication combined with minimum 8-10 years of experience in an art director or senior creative role. Also, you have experience with B2B marketing in an international context. With a proven track record, you know how to deliver well-conceived concepts and creative solutions across multiple channels. Moreover, you have good presentation and layout skills and are proficient in InDesign, Illustrator and Photoshop. Finally, you are fluent in English, while Danish is a plus but not a prerequisite. “On a personal level, you are ambitious and willing to push the limits, but also open to taking on tasks at any level to make BrandBox projects succeed. Due to your result-driven approach and desire to produce the best solutions, you manage to be creative while using your commercial understanding and customer focus to keep marketing on point.
