Do you study Linguistics, Communication, Business Administration or similar at bachelor´s or master´s level? And do you want to gain experience within professional handling of administrative tasks and improvement of administrative processes? Help make things happen As a student worker, you will work closely with the rest of the Office Management team, supporting the Corporate IT Leadership Team as well as coordinating cross-organisational activities across the LEGO Group. You will also contribute to continuous improvement of our administrative processes. You will be responsible for tasks such as: Administrating the yearly meeting cadence for the Corporate IT leadership team Managing calendars on a monthly and weekly basis, booking of flights, hotels, catering and similar Assisting in proof reading of communication material Maintenance of SharePoint sites and distribution lists in SharePoint Handling practicalities related to the onboarding of new employees, maintenance of CIT organisational chart, and planning of anniversaries in Corporate IT Miscellaneous ad hoc tasks You will be working minimum 10-15 hours a week.
