Student worker for CIO and Office Management support

Do you study linguistics, communication, business administration or similar at a bachelor or master level and do you want to gain experience within professional handling of administrative tasks and improvement of administrative processes?We have an exciting opportunity for an all-round student position to support the CIO and the entire Business Technology (BT) organization making sure that he and the organization are as efficient as possible.

We are a team of colleagues, who supports the Business Technology leadership team delivering personal as well as cross-functional assistance.

We now have an open student position with expected working hours of minimum 8-10 hours a week on a flexible basis. The student workers will report to the Manager of Office Management.

Help making things happen

As a student worker in Office Management, you will work closely together with primarily the manager, however also the rest of the team coordinating cross-organizational activities across Business Technology.

You will be responsible for tasks such as:

- Booking of flights, hotels, catering and similar for the CIO

- Handling of distribution lists and update of organizational chart within Business Technology

- Planning of events and anniversaries in Business Technology

- Handling onboarding of new employees

- Handling of access to Business Technology

- Other practicalities (clean up the CIO office, handling of post, gift collections etc.)

Finally, yet importantly, you will contribute improving the administrative processes in Office Management.

Generally, we expect you to pay attention to details and deadlines by taking a structured approach to your tasks. You have a service-minded attitude and proactively respond to support requirements of the CIO, his direct reports and the rest of the organization. In addition, you possess high ethical standards as well as the ability to establish relations at all levels of a large, international organization.
