For our CAPA (Corrective Actions Preventive Actions) Department we are looking for at bright intern. The CAPA department is part of Quality Management in the Global Technology HQ in Brande. We cover NCR (non conformance report) handling, Lean initiatives in R&D Engineering, task force management on various quality tasks and project management of medium and large scale quality improvement initiatives. We strive to combine quality competencies, learning's from R&D, production and customers and cross-functional project execution into our efforts on creating ongoing quality improvements in R&D Engineering products and processes. To support both our Lean initiative called Standard Work and our NCR handling we offer a possibility for a student internship. What are my responsibilities? · Join the Standard Work project and support the program manager o Assistance on workshop (process/value stream mappings, creation of standards etc.) o Responsible for producing documentation on processes in scoped areas o Ad hoc support and follow up on open tasks · Join the NCR team and take part of daily handling of NCRs o Handle NCR’s in our KRIMA event handling system o Follow up on open NCR’s and support our organization is minimizing lead time on NCR’s · Support on various Quality tasks and ad hoc assignments What do I need to qualify for this job? · You are enrolled on a higher education, equivalent of a bachelor’s or a master’s degree · You have basic knowledge on Lean tools and methodology, process mapping, value stream understanding etc. · You are an experienced user of the Microsoft Office package and today’s standard IT tools · You have a good understanding of processes and systems as well as organization dynamics · You have the ability to multitask and manage a lot of open tasks in a dynamic working environment · You have a stability and finisher mindset to secure tasks are finalized and closed · You thrive in a dynamic and rapid changing organization · You possess fluency in English both orally and in writing In case you have acquired your skills in alternative ways your application is just as well appreciated.
