Productivity Performance Management is a small, central and dynamic team, dedicated to ensuring cost competitiveness and productivity improvement throughout the Wind Service global organization and regions, reporting progress directly to Siemens Wind Service management. For our team, we are looking for a Business Optimization Analyst who can assist us in securing long term strategic goals for cost efficiency and cost competitiveness for Wind Service. In this job you will be reporting to the Head of Productivity Performance Management and collaborating closely with the top management, the global organization and the regions. What are my responsibilities? · Creating cost transparency of our main cost blocks related to our 2020 plan pointing out productivity and optimization focus areas · Integrating target costing in the organization · Following up and monitoring strategic productivity KPIs · Cross-organizational aggregation of productivity initiatives in order to support the management in prioritization of the initiatives · Supporting the implementation of the service strategies through specific productivity initiatives · Ensuring successful completion and impact of selected productivity initiatives What do I need to qualify for this job? · You have a master in business controlling, administration or a similar commercial background and experience within the field of analyzing costs. · You have 3-5 years of relevant work experience with good results in targeting costing analysis · You have strong project management skills and are able to coordinate many concurrent activities. · As a person, you are self-motivated, a dedicated team player and have a strong drive. Furthermore, you are able to work independently in a multi-cultural environment and coordinate and work with and at different levels of an organization. · You have excellent communication skills and master the English language in writing and speech. · You are a Super user in Microsoft Office Excel and an advanced user in PowerPoint .
