Then you should join us, the Business Support team at FeF Chemicals. Do you have a structured and organized approach, and the ability to work independently? Then you should join us, the Quality Assurance team at FeF Chemicals. The company FeF Chemicals A/S is a 100% owned subsidiary of Novo Nordisk A/S and is located in Køge. We manufacture excipients to Novo Nordisk and API and excipients to the global market. We are around 150 employees. Business Support consists of 10 employees who within various areas such as Planning, Finance, Purchasing, IT and cLEAN are supporting management in driving and developing the company. QA consists of 12 employees who within various areas such as focus on implementation of quality activities and daily operations activities support the daily operation of production at FeF. The job you will act as Student helper for one of the departments and be responsible for a wide range of administrative tasks, including the ongoing maintenance of the department documentation in compliance with Novo Nordisk standards. The tasks for Business Support department could be: handling communication, newsletters, and homepages and preparing graphic presentations as needed as well as ad hoc office and administrative tasks. The tasks for Quality and Analysis department could be: working with instructions in Word, verification of data, entering information in Excel, preparing and printing graphs. You will also be asked to help with ad hoc office tasks. You have a keen sense of detail and a structured approach to problem-solving. You cooperate well with people within and outside your own work area to achieve business goals, sharing learning, knowledge and skills and promoting cross-functional teamwork. Qualifications you are preferably a Bachelor’s student within science or similar. You are self-motivated with a strong personal drive and dedication; you enjoy data processing activities and can maintain confidentiality of the data. The job requires a structured and organized approach, and you have the ability to work independently. You have excellent communication skills and a genuine desire to collaborate across boundaries. You adapt easily to a changing environment and shifting demands, and you are eager to contribute to the continuous development of the department. You are able to handle confidential information, and last but not least you have a positive mind-set. You are highly skilled with MS Office and find it easy to master new IT systems. You are proficient in both written and spoken English. You like to be part of a multi-cultural team, working with multiple and frequently changing priorities.
