About the department Device Manufacturing Development (DMD) is a project organisation comprising of more than 250 dedicated employees striving to make us the best manufacturing development partner of medical devices. Our dedication is to build superior quality into our device products. Our challenge is to execute an increasing portfolio of diverse projects in a complex, international and highly regulated area. DMD Business Support is situated in Hillerød near Copenhagen and responsible for finance, business processes and strategy, communication, project portfolio management and Lean and we are looking for an ambitious Business Analyst to join the team. The job As a Business Analyst in Business Support, you will participate in a wide range of activities within performance management, business development and business optimization, such as Balanced Scorecard, business analysis, business support, facilitation of workshops and meetings and coordination of business review meetings. You continually help support, improve and develop the business processes in the business unit, and serve as a sparring partner for project managers and management. You can anticipate varied working days with many different tasks and numerous stakeholders. Qualifications You hold a Master’s degree in Management, Economics or similar, supplemented with 2-3 years’ experience from a similar position. In any case, you have acquired sharp analytical skills and masters excel at high level. In addition, experience with SharePoint and experience with facilitation of meetings and workshops is an advantage. As a person you work independently but are still a dedicated team player. You characterise yourself as a responsible and flexible person with an unmistakably high level of drive and a mind focused on execution and results. In addition, you have an extrovert attitude and solid networking skills enabling you to navigate among various stakeholders. Last but not least, you communicate fluently in written and spoken English.
