Develop great front-end solutions for demand planning systems
At our HQ in Billund, you will join our Demand Planning team within Manufacturing & Supply Chain Technologies. We serve the entire LEGO Group and global retail stores with end-to-end digital IT services to secure optimal demand planning, e.g. production forecasts.
You will join the team on equal terms with your 10 highly talented colleagues working from Billund, USA and Singapore. We work in Scrum sprints with new user stories every 2 weeks, aimed at developing, maintaining and optimising IT systems. As our new front-end developer, you will:
- Code user-centric solutions in HTML 5 and JavaScript towards back-end systems such as SAP
- Present demos of your solutions to the team as well as to business colleagues
- Collaborate with our User Experience, Mobile & Portals team who knows what’s new in UX and front-end tools and development
- Participate in internal courses and training on a continuous basis
- Keep the team up to date on new tools and help implement the use of technologies such as React, Angular and GIT
You will work 1-2 days a week. We always prioritise your studies, and during exams, you will get all the flexibility you need. If you live far away, there’s a good chance you can catch a car pool to take you here.

Student with HTML 5 and JavaScript experience
You are curious by nature and ready to dive into extremely complex data structures and learn about new technologies. Delving into business needs and user experiences excites you, and you excel at critical thinking. Moreover, we imagine that:
- You are studying computer science, IT engineering or similar
- You have experience with front-end development in HTML 5 and JavaScript, either from your studies or a student job
- You communicate effortlessly in English
- It would be a plus, but not a prerequisite, if you have experience with one or more of the following: React, Angular and GIT
