Are you ready to bring our people data to life?

Our People Analytics and Strategic Workforce Planning team is looking for 2 newly graduated business analysts who want to dive into all aspects of strategic HR analytics and gain unique insights into one of the biggest creative companies in the world.

Deliver valuable insights informing strategic HR decision making worldwide

As part of Global HR, you will join a team of 5 dedicated colleagues to deliver important insights on all aspects of workforce performance and trends throughout the LEGO Group. Collaborating closely with your team and the local HR teams, you will get familiar with all aspects of people analytics and planning as you:

• Conduct analyses of our internal people data to provide local HR teams and management with the knowledge they need to make informed decisions on HR issues

• Conduct monthly, quarterly and annual HR reports to internal and external stakeholders

• Prepare presentations of findings and recommendations to the executive leadership team

• Collaborate closely with Global HR and managers to identify and drive process improvements across the organisation, enhancing the overall people data quality

• Contribute to delivering our company-wide Strategic Workforce Planning, including facilitating workshops for our local leadership teams and local HR teams

You will be based at our HQ in Billund, and no matter where you live, there is a good chance that you can join a carpool to take you here. As you will join a global team, you can expect occasional global travel, e.g. to visit our data centres and local HR teams and to participate in conferences and training sessions.

Analytical talent with solid communication skills

We imagine that you have recently graduated or are in the beginning of your career. Most importantly, you are open-minded, curious and ready to learn. You are not afraid to bring your ideas to the table to challenge status quo and optimise the way we do things. Moreover, you:

• Hold an MSc in business, finance, accounting, supply chain, statistics, mathematics or similar

• Have excellent analytical skills - you should be comfortable with working on large data volumes and interested in delivering valuable insights and recommendations based on your findings

• Know your way around MS Excel and MS PowerPoint - if you are not already a superuser, we will make you into one, just be open for learning

• Have excellent communication skills and advanced proficiency in English in both speech and writing

• Are motivated to work in a global environment and collaborate across cultures and nationalities
