Scientific Collaboration Specialist 

As a Scientific Collaboration Specialist you have a great understanding of the potential of 3D laboratories to advance STEM education. You are willing to challenge the status quo and disrupt the world of education in order to bring about revolutionary changes to the way universities operate and students learn. You have a desire to sell the idea of 3D laboratories and have the required skill-sets to do so effectively. Therefore you are familiar with advising business partners and gaining trust in relationships with them. The understanding of the products is your strongest force and you have the patience and understanding for establishing a vision of need for Labster’s products and make the end sale.

The following competencies and behavioural skills are required:

• Background from Life Science, Educational Science or Science CommunicationEducated on an academic level (PhD, Master or similar)
• You have the ability to sell ideas and visions and translate these into concrete action plans together with key stakeholders 
• You can engage stakeholders at all levels of the organization and tailor your communication for resonance
• You have the ability to understand, influence and control the customer's’ buying and decision process and help the customer decide, act and implement
• You are comfortable working alone and in a team. 
• Quick to adopt new ideas and highly adaptable learning style
• Fluent in English both written and oral

Essential duties and responsibilities:

• Analyze decision network and key stakeholders and establish buy in at the right level and time
• Ensure buying decision from key stakeholders
• Drive the test and implementation phase
• Ensure customer success and trust during the entire sales process
• Maintain high standards within the core sales process activities
• Being proactive and sharing best practice culture in the sales team
• Hand over projects, tasks and customers to relevant colleagues in an efficient and holistic way
