About the department

You get the opportunity to join newly established area, working with introduction of new and preferably disruptive technologies in Manufacturing Development.

 

Our area, Technology Innovation, is a part of a Diabetes Finished Product, Manufacturing Development in Bagsværd, where we develop technologies and support processes in Wash and Sterilisation, Formulation, Filling and Inspection. In our department we are open and honest and appreciate a colleague who takes responsibility and have a positive approach to new challenges.

 

The position

You will become part of the New Technology department, as you will be supporting different projects primarily related to implementation of new equipment with regards to mechanics, automation and robotics aspects of new equipment. We have an ambition to further develop our competencies within areas of automation, robotics and machine learning and you will become instrumental in achieving this goal by working closely with projects within these areas.

 

In order to achieve the goal, you will work closely together with both the management team as well as the persons running the projects.

 

Qualifications

We are looking for a student who is passionate about automation, robotics and optimisation of processes. You are currently in your third year on your Bachelor's or Master's within Engineering fields of Mechanics, Electronics or other relevant field. General knowledge of automatisation, robotics and key methodologies (e.g. industrial automation, PLC programming, databases and SCADA systems) are preferred. We expect candidates to be service minded, thrive in a busy environment and bring a can-do attitude. Fluency in both oral and written English, ability to manage a large volume of projects (with supervision), sound personal judgment and excellent interpersonal skills are required.

 

You are an outgoing person with a strong personal drive and dedication. In addition, you thrive in a busy environment and bring a can-do attitude and a healthy sense of humour to your work even when the pressure is on. Finally, you must have strong work ethic and willingness to take responsibility for your own learning. The work time is expected to be max. 50% corresponding to 20 hours a week with a start date of 1^st of March, 2019.
