For our Strategic Project team based in Brande we are looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead demanding strategic projects in the Wind Power and Renewables Division. The Wind Power and Renewables Division is a leading supplier of reliable, environmentally-friendly and cost-efficient renewable energy solutions. Driving down the cost of wind power is our key target as we strive to make renewable energy fully competitive with conventional energy sources. With over 25,000 megawatts of wind power installed, our wind power solutions deliver clean, renewable energy from offshore and onshore installations around the world. What are my responsibilities? Lead demanding strategic projects in the Wind Power and Renewables Division Project Management for internal projects Coordinate cross-functional or cross-divisional project activities, e.g. in Sales, Supply Chain Management, Project Management or Logistics Support division management on various strategic topics Reporting results of projects to top management What do I need to qualify for this job? You have a university degree, e.g. in engineering and have minimum basic knowledge of business administration over 4 years of work experience - especially in strategic topics. This is ideally complemented by several years of experience in Project Management in the mechanical engineering or energy industry Experience from within the wind industry is considered an advantage but not a requirement You focus on results and have good communication skills especially on management level Furthermore, you have intercultural experience, sensibility and a self-determined working style You are fluent in English written as well as orally. Danish skills are considered a plus but not a must. In case you have acquired your skills in alternative ways your application is just as well appreciated. What else do I need to know?
