In Hjörring, we have more than 65 persons working together to produce and deliver additional materials (LS-Strips) complementing packaging material which together shape a complete Tetra Pak Package. Your responsibilities: •Manage and drive processes including lamination, slitting, spooling and packing. •Drive continuous improvement efforts utilizing World Class Manufacturing tools and methodologies, participate in and/or lead WCM / Continuous improvement related activities, such as teams and Pillars. •Own and drive key performance indicators (KPIs) within the specific production areas to include budgetary compliance. •Execute the factory strategy in the production areas, ensuring alignment of goals and objectives. •Monitor and optimize the use of human, machine, material resources to ensure that the material produced meets specifications and standards. •Responsible for the people processes including: performance management, talent development, conflict resolution, rewards and recognition. •Participating driving the advancement of LS-Strip within Additional Material. •Manages and negotiates local union agreements in collaboration with HR. Qualifications We believe you have: •Bachelor's Degree in Business, Manufacturing, Engineering or a similar area of studies •10 or more years of proven experience in manufacturing, specifically in a process-oriented organization• Knowledge of, and experience with continuous improvement methodologies and principles such as WCM, TPM and Lean manufacturing. •Prior finance responsibilities including costs, expenses and investments. •Experience with ERP systems, preferably SAP and strong MS Office skills •Supply Chain knowledge including production planning, inventory management and customer service is preferred. •Knowledge of change management principles, production planning and quality concept. •Prior people management experience, preferably in a union environment. •Proven team leader with strong facilitation skills and analytical abilities. •Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills. •Strong communication and influencing skills to collaborate towards a common goal. •Result-oriented work ethic to always deliver on-time, on-scope and on-budget. •Fluency in English, and one other Scandinavian language.
