Due to the growing demand for our innovative and intelligent solutions, we are looking for a Software Developer, that can contribute to the development of our future systems.

A job with focus on Continuos Delivery and Agil Software developmentAs a Software Developer, you get a key role in developing Kamstrup’s toolchain, which will support our developers from embedded to systems in delivering high quality products quickly and efficiently.

You will work with automation of processes from idea to production, assess and apply new technologies and tools, as well as guide our developers on the journey towards DevOps, with automatic provisioning of environments and deployment of everything from server software to firmware measurement.

In the job, you wiIl work with different technologies and tools such as:

• Jenkins• Artifactory• Gradle• Ansible• Docker

You are familiar with more technologies and tools, so you can help us to highlight our journey to the vision, "everything as code".

In addition to the focus and expertise you will contribute to our System Software department, the other teams of the department focus on our advanced and complex systems, with key areas such as scaling, security, reliability, and a good future-proof architecture.

You must expect 5 travel days a year, as a part of searching relevant conferences or similar so that we can remain competent.

Personality mattersWe are looking for an ambitious and competent DevOps expert with great collaborative skills. It is a requirement that you: • Have a professional background in engineering, computer science or similar • Have minimum 2 years of experience as developer and further 1 years’ experience within Continuous Delivery• Are passionate about working with Continuous Delivery and the tools that helps create the right framework• Are used to work in the intersection of development, testing and IT operations, and may have been successful in                  promoting DevOps in similar companies• Are self-driven and it is natural for you to contribute with different suggestions for improvements and to be able to                implement these in cooperation with others

As a person, you have a natural authority by virtue of your skills and experience, but you also know that good solutions are created in daily cooperation with your colleagues. You place high demands on yourself and others, and therefore do not compromise on the quality of your work.

The job requires fluency in written and spoken English.
