Take on an exciting, hybrid role Your responsibility will be a mix of analytical tasks and related communication of data, findings, impact and so on to the organisation. This puts you in a role with a certain level of exposure and where you get to drive various tasks and projects in The Shopper Centre of Excellence. The team is at the forefront of the shopper strategy, and responsible for setting the shopper direction and providing insight and inspiration as well as training and tools. You will be: Producing annual shopper reports for markets and product groups and driving the improvement of these reports Supporting our LEGO Sales Academy by updating training material with new insights, providing training on various tools etc. Supporting projects related to shoppers by measuring the sales impact, marketing effectiveness, ROI etc. on new in-store material and campaigns Driving best practice and knowledge sharing across markets and other departments. You will be the driver of our monthly Share It newsletter Working in a connected community You will be joining a family-owned business that offers a supportive, collaborative network and team structure. "Shopper" is a fairly new feature in the LEGO Group, giving you the opportunity to develop your “shopper” capabilities whilst working in an area with high-level attention. Further, you will be encouraged to share ideas, try new things, and make a real impact on the way we perform. The position is a 1 year maternity cover, based in Billund, Denmark. Proactive communicator and data specialist It is essential that you are not only skilled at data but also good at engaging, communicating and presenting info up and down levels of a large organisation. You also need to be proactive in terms of managing stakeholders, prioritising tasks, keeping on top of new trends, as well as finding new ways to communicate to shoppers.
