Sitecore is experiencing spectacular growth all over the world.  To build on Sitecore’s success and growth, we’re looking for a skilled Sr. Technical Writer to work as part of our Product Management team.

 

Position Summary:

 

If you have a knack for writing clear concise technical documentation, and you want to work in a collaborative and innovative international team, this could be the perfect role for you!

You’ll focus on creating content for administrators (IT Pros), including information about upgrade, installation, scaling, and security. You will work closely with our product managers and developers in the Copenhagen office, as well as development teams in other locations, to produce high quality technical documentation that meets international standards.

 

Your Responsibilities:

• Write clear and comprehensive documentation to explain how to install, upgrade, and use our products.
• Maintain and update our existing range of technical documentation.
• Use community feedback to prioritize and improve our documentation.

Your Qualifications:

• 4+ years as a technical writer, with experience of writing for IT Pros.
• Either a Bachelor’s degree in IT or a related field, and excellent writing skills in English, or a Bachelor's degree in English or technical writing, and experience of documenting and / or working with software at a technical level.
• Ability to quickly grasp new technologies and communicate their inherent complexities in a simple, straightforward fashion.
• Strong problem solving and analytical skills.
• A passion for technology and for creating high quality documentation that meets the needs of the customers.
• A structured and independent approach to completing your assignments, with attention to detail.
• Experience in PowerShell or other scripting languages is preferred.
