Do you have SW project management skills as well as insight in embedded SW development? If yes, you might be the one we are looking for as our new Senior SW Project Manager.
What is the job about
As Senior SW Project Manager you are leading a small team developing embedded SW for our advanced pumps. The responsibility goes from the early phases where the project is scoped to delivering a working solution to the market. You will collaborate closely with business development, hardware developers, production and other relevant stakeholders across the organization to plan the project and deliver the product.
Keeping track of the team's product development projects, you will:
- Take ownership of the complete project management in the team, including prioritise tasks and daily work to secure progress on the team's deliveries
- Drive sprint planning and review through daily meetings and retrospective evaluation
- Communicate with stakeholders and partners and develop and nurture an extensive network both within and outside of the organisation
- Work closely with other teams delivering to the same projects fx. Product Management, Production/Production test development and other teams in the delivery organisation
What do you need to apply?
Excellent project management and Scrum Master skills are crucial in this job and a good technical knowledge and understanding of the products we deliver is highly beneficial, but if you do not have this we will develop these together.
You probably hold a master's degree within software development or similar with project management experience. Alternatively, you are an outstanding Scrum Master who are now ready to develop your project management skills. Most importantly you have excellent communication and facilitation skills that enable you to work with SW professionals on technical. Furthermore, we expect that you communicative effortlessly in English both verbally and in writing.
