Description Cross-functional & Large scale projects – Lean methods – Med-Tech business As Senior Project Manager RA/QA, you will be providing professional and effective planning and tracking support to projects related to the RA/QA, such as Quality Systems, IT Systems, Global Compliance solutions and processes. In addition, you must contribute to maintenance and continuous improvement of Radiometer’s practices for project and portfolio management. You will work closely together with the RA/QA, R&D, Operations and Marketing teams in the Global Radiometer Organization and be responsible for coordinating cross-functional projects with associates located in Denmark, Finland, Switzerland, Poland, and in the USA. Being the Senior Project Manager in the RA/QA function – a key support function adding competitive advantage for Radiometer – will give you visibility and a great focus on the obtained results from the top management. You will report to the Vice President of the RA/QA Global organization and be a member of the RA/QA management team. The job To become successful, you must be robust, trustworthy, and be able to collaborate in a constructive, service-minded and effective manner in cross-functional teams of project leaders, managers and associates. Your responsibilities and tasks will include: •Provisioning of professional and effective planning and tracking support to a selected set of RA/QA related cross-functional projects. •Contribution to maintenance and continuous improvement of Radiometer’s practices for project management and resource management. •Coordination and management of RA/QA-related projects characterized by: ?Executed in a hectic environment, involving simultaneous handling of quality and compliance issues. ?Multi-disciplinary (Quality Systems, IT Systems, management reporting etc.). ?Cross-functional (multiple departments: RA/QA, R&D, Operations, Marketing, Sales organization). ?Multi-site (Denmark, Finland, Switzerland, Poland, USA). ?Need for close and effective progress tracking, including solid metrics. Expected travel activity will be maximum 50 days per year. However, we believe that the following formal qualifications will improve your chances of success: •Master of Science, Bachelor of Science, or similar •5+ years of project management: ?Experience with management of large scale, complex, integration-intensive projects. ?Experience with project portfolio management and methods. ?Formal IPMA, PMI project manager certification or similar. ?Super user of project management tools like MS Project, MS Project Server, and the MS Office package, especially Excel and PowerPoint. •Experience with Lean thinking and methods. •Experience with Quality Management Systems, preferably from Medical Device or Pharmaceutical Industry. •Excellent communicator with the ability to create crisp and clear status reporting to be used by Senior Management. •Fluent in English both orally
