- Human Resources - Denmark - Bagsværd Novo Nordisk’s Mobility Support team is looking for an experienced people manager/team leader or specialist, ideally with a background in employee mobility services, who enjoys motivating others, ensures smooth daily operations and contributes to shaping the company’s global mobility strategy. We are responsible for handling global mobility transfers of our employees, and we strive for operational excellence and compliance in all cases. We also provide business support through consultation, enabling the right choices to be made during planning phases of assignments. The whole function is known as Global Mobility; of which the Mobility Support team is a significant part, focused on handling actual mobility cases. The job As Team Leader of Mobility Support, you will lead a team of six (6) Mobility Consultants. The key job responsibilities are: Ensure adequate team structure, resources, capabilities and development - in order to achieve current and future targets. The number of global mobility transfers continues to grow every year; operational excellence and compliance must be assured in all cases. Manage expectations of key stakeholders in global mobility processes (assignees, line managers, HR partners, mobility specialists spread across the globe). This is achieved through consultation, collaboration and transparency about our services, guidelines, governance, and delivery KPIs & timelines. Help set the future strategy and direction of our global mobility function by keeping current with external best practices, ensuring our internal guidelines and processes remain relevant, and participating in various projects to optimise the overall mobility function. Qualifications Ideally, you have a few years of experience working with employee mobility programs, either as specialist or leading others within this specialty. You are a capable of motivating people and keeping daily work deliverables on track and well-distributed within a very busy team. You are comfortable working with concepts such as international assignment compensation & benefits, taxation & immigration, and addressing known mobility barriers within organisations. You keep up-to-date with external mobility trends and best practices. And you collaborate well with global stakeholders to find common-interest solutions. You possess a relevant academic background and training in an HR- or Business-related field. You have good general understanding of business and organisations, especially in the pharmaceutical/life science industry. Important personal qualifications include: leadership capabilities, a ‘team player’, strong customer focus, able to balance multiple priorities while staying focused under pressure, excellent stakeholder management and communication skills (incl. the ability to influence). Drive to meet agreed deadlines with high quality is another vital competency. You are fluent in written and spoken English.
