Make every game a LEGO® game
LEGO Digital Games is responsible for all LEGO game experiences and you will join a team of highly passionate and dedicated game and toy industry professionals. Collaborating closely with other product development teams you will be part of the team that is focussed on integrating physical toys and games in one seamless experience.
As a Senior Marketing Manager your role covers the entire lifecycle of a product, from business case setting, insights and strategy to launch planning, communication and performance marketing.
1. Be a key player in new product development
• Be part of a cross functional team that drives new product and partnership development
• Set commercial direction for game-enhanced toy projects and define business logic
• Build and analyze market insights in collaboration with LEGO Global Insights
• Develop high-level branding and positioning for new product lines
• Support business model analysis and design
2. Plan and execute global product launches
• Work with Game Publishers, App Stores, LEGO Agency and LEGO regional Market teams to plan and execute go-to-market strategy for LEGO game-enhanced toy products
• Bring games industry and market understanding into the LEGO product team
• Activate performance marketing for paid acquisition of new players into mobile games
• Ongoing analysis of player insights, enabling product development to be data driven
• In collaboration with Live Ops team, plan and execute ongoing game updates and events
People person with digital marketing experience
To sell an idea and help it come alive is key to succeeding in your job. You need strong communication skills as well as strategic insight and management flair. LEGO Games strategy is based on an external partnership and developer model, so a major part of your job is to nurture a strong network with significant partners across the globe.

Your qualifications:
• You have 5+ years of experience within marketing, insights and partnership management.
• Experience in creating business cases with realistic insights-based forecasts.
• Preferably experience and network within gaming or a related industry.
• Hold a degree in Marketing and are experienced in managing, analysing and using insights to set commercial goals for games
• You have a real interest in games and the digital space, preferably combined with hands-on experience.
• Are able to handle multiple projects of various nature and scope simultaneously
• Strong people and communication skills
