Do you want to play a key role in developing and improving critical IT systems at the world’s largest insulin producing industry? This position is a 1 year maternity substitute.

About the department
You will join a team of 3 IT professionals, 3 IT coordinators and 2 forecasters. The team’s main focus is IT assignments such as system management, security and compliance in 7 departments within Biopharm Quality Control (QC) and Manufacturing Development. Furthermore, we handle day-to-day technical tasks and user administration. You will be part of a highly experienced and competent team with strong drive and good team spirit.

The position
As IT professional you will be responsible for the operation, maintenance and validation of several local laboratory IT systems used across departments in Biopharm as well as implementation of IT projects concerning IT security solutions. You will be responsible for ensuring that the IT systems are in compliance with internal and external requirements and regulations and to ensure their validated state.

In Biopharm we have a strong focus on ensuring the right level of IT compliance. It will be your responsibility to systematically maintain documentation, perform user reviews, drive life cycle management and run small projects, ensuring that the cross site IT systems are always in compliance with internal and legislative safety and quality requirements.

You will have ample opportunity for professional sparring and best practice exchanges with an internal network of IT employees and with our central IT organisation. The nature of the position allows for continuous development of your skill set both within IT related areas, but also when it comes to overall project management and stakeholder collaboration.

Qualifications
We expect you to have one year of relevant IT experience combined with a scientific degree (e.g. Engineering, Pharmacist, M.Sc. or similar) or 3 years of relevant IT experience combined with a technical education. Relevant IT experience includes: IT management, IT validation, IT security and user access administration preferably with the principles of GxP laboratory systems, industrial drug development and/or non-clinical studies. You also have a strong knowledge of GxP and various laboratory IT systems like Magellan, ACL, NIR etc.

You are known to be committed, independent, systematic and have good communication and collaboration skills. You will be working in a team where you will be the anchor for IT knowledge and you are known to be an excellent team player.

Additionally, must speak and understand Danish and you are fluent in both written and spoken English.
