Then you might be the CVP LEAN partner we are looking for in Business Support, Sourcing Operations. About the department Sourcing Operations (SoOp) is based in Bagsværd and is the central purchasing area in Product Supply, responsible for purchasing, distribution and warehousing of the thousands of materials going into the production worldwide. You will join 19 dedicated colleagues in Business Support, responsible for supporting this organisation with, amongst others, Lean expertise, business analysis, project management and project portfolio management. In addition, you will be a part of a cross-functional network of Lean consultants in Product Supply. The job As a CVP LEAN partner, you will be responsible for driving the Lean agenda in Sourcing Operations and will be the forerunner for systematic problem solving, performance board improvements and various optimization activities. You will spend time in both production and office environments, identifying potential improvements through data analysis. You will be heading Lean projects, which will give you the opportunity to influence performance and compliance in Sourcing Operations. In that relation, you will be in charge of implementing and improving lean systems and standards and then follow-up and ensure that the solutions are anchored in the organisation. One particular project will be to drive a turnaround in one of our production areas. Additionally, you will support and coach managers and employees across the area in order to strengthen the relevant Lean competencies and way of thinking and to help reach the business targets. Qualifications You have an academic degree and at least 5 years’ experience driving LEAN activities in a production or office environment. You have experience with change management, facilitation, coaching, project management, performance board meetings and with systematic problem solving. As a person, you enjoy working independently and you have a strong personal drive to achieve ambitious results. You are able to analyse and structure complex issues, thereby identifying potential improvements and you are able to coach managers and employees in seeing the potential themselves. You have an involving and proactive style and can work and communicate with both employees and senior management, across all kinds of professional backgrounds.
