Senior Developer in Global IT – AX 2012 Global Implementation. Reporting to the ERP Development Manager in GN Resound, you will, as Senior Developer have “hands on” development using X++ and utilize your expert knowledge by acting as mentor and coach for your colleagues. Design, documentation, code review and risk management are other elements of responsibilities for this position. You will be “key player” in the upcoming Global Implementation of AX 2012 and work closely with our ERP Program team, AX architects and our Global IT organization. Experienced AX Professional You have several years of experience as AX Developer, are certified, and you most likely possess knowledge of other Microsoft relevant technologies and platforms such as .Net, C# etc. Experience within production or distribution as well as knowledge working in an international environment will be an advantage. Personal skills: As an individual, you are open-minded and team-oriented, you possess great interpersonal skills and you know how to motivate your peers. You have great overview and know how to prioritize time and resources in order to deliver high-level quality in an efficient way Three Navision developers, will during 2014 transfer to be AX developers. It is therefore equally important, that you can see yourself in a role as mentor and coach as well utilizing your expert developer skills in different projects.
