Carlsberg is adopting standardisation strategies to archive transparency and synergies both globally and cross functionally. In order to success with this, Carlsberg has established a Global Destin Department (GD). With the mission to define and drive the implementation of Carlsberg “Best Practise” within master data, business processes and reporting across the main functional areas: Sales, Planning, Procurement, Production, Logistics and Finance, supported by a common IT platform. The first step successfully implemented in Western Europe, and Carlsberg is now ready to take the next steps with the global design organisation. We offer an exciting and developing positionin an international environment where you will be working with colleagues from across the Globe. You will be working as a Business Process Manager, focusing on driving the standardization of the warehouse management processes and systems in close operation the Carlsberg Supply Chain organisation in Switzerland, the local market organisations and the other functions in the Global design team. The position is permanent and requires 8-10 experience from the supply chain area in a FMCG company. The position will require some travelling, as the Global Design main office is in Copenhagen, but also regular visits to the local markets and the Carlsberg Supply Chain organisation in Switzerland Position in brief Together with Business Process Experts, you will ask the right questions and show understanding of the business needs, as well as ensuring that the standards are kept. You will be responsible for: Act as key liaison with the central supply chain organisation in regards to the warehouse area on strategic, tactical and operational level. - The Design, and standardisation of Warehouse Processes - Business Process Mapping & application Gap Evaluation - Business Requirement Detailing, Change Requests Preparation & Recommendation - Provide guidance and mentor to the business experts within the warehouse area internally in Global Design expert team as well as the experts in CSC or local markets - Country Support of Process adherence, Way of working and incident management - Update and maintain requirement log, documentation and process flows - Providing business guidance during test, train and deployment of Process and Applications. Competencies You come with a FMCG background in supply chain, preferable at a Manager Level. Alternatively, you have already been a Subject Matter Expert or Process expert within Warehouse management and want to continue a career in process and applications. From your previous work you have 6+ years of experience with Warehouse operations, and have experience within some of these areas; - End to End Supply Chain knowledge - Warehouse Management process and systems optimisation -from simple to fully automated WH operations (FLTs, Picking solutions, Racks, MHE; LGV, High Bay WH, etc.) - Multichannel Solutions – insourced to outsourced operation - Warehouse optimisation, planning and execution including reporting and KPI’s - Best practice projects, product catalogue, system simplification & development Personal qualifications: As a person you need to be outgoing, thorough and quality minded. You also need to be deadline-conscious and proactive in order to achieve.
