The role would require you to collaborate across functions, act as an integrator, build bridges, spot opportunities and above all act as change enabler using the power of communication. Key Responsibilities Reporting to the Global Head of Internal Communications and Talent acquisition you will be responsible for: •Ensuring that the editorial pipeline for the global intranet site has regular, strategic, relevant, and journalistic, stories for publication •Developing editorial governance for the global intranet site - gathering, interpreting, and compiling news stories •Responsible for the Global Quarterly Circulated Radiometer magazine -ensure it says engaging, relevant and focus on increasing readership •Consulting senior leaders in creating or revamping content, advising ways in which content can be presented to our associates •Working to shape and roll-out the Global Vision-Mission project across 32 countries to all 3200 associates •Spearhead the global intranet project that will replace the current intranet platform with a solution that will act as an integrator and communication enabler. You will be responsible to optimize the user experience and conversion rates on our websites •Create an internal social media engagement strategy that involves the use of Yammer, LinkedIn, Facebook and other social media channels with a view of increasing awareness, traffic, and engagement. You will also be responsible for the deployment of organization-wide social media management standards, policies and rules of engagement •Work on creating an employer branding strategy and Employee value proposition for the group that can be shared internally and externally using appropriate channels Key Relationships a) Internal ?Must communicate timely and accurately with upper management, global colleagues and internal departments b) External ?Must create and maintain strong relationships with PR agencies, suppliers, creative agencies and social media channels CORPORATE SUMMARY Radiometer Make an impact on life.
