Would you like to be our new Validation Responsible setting direction and driving IT validation at our Site? We are executing manufacturing IT projects within GMP and need someone who are motivated by building relations and working across departments to achieve a sustainable solution. If you are passionate about quality assurance of complex and challenging IT projects in an operational GMP regulated environment you have found your sweet spot. The IT and Automation Project Team in Project office, Diabetes Finished Products (DFP) Hillerød is looking for an IT Validation responsible that takes ownership and has ability to drive validation in medium sized projects.

 

About the department
The job is located in Hillerød where you will be part of the Project office which is responsible for Project Portfolio Management, Project Governance and Project execution. You will be placed in the IT and Automation team, which main focus is to execute IT projects across the site. We are responsible for initiating, planning and executing large strategic projects for all systems and production lines at the site. This including close collaboration with the manufacturing department and IT and Automation Support that are key stakeholders.

The position
We are facing an increasing and more complex project portfolio which is to be initiated and executed within the coming years.

Your main responsibilities will be to drive and set direction for the validation of systems, migrations and updates. The validation strategy, execution and reporting of the tasks need to be in compliance with the internal procedures and the external GxP demands. Your responsibility is to plan the validation activities and ensure that the necessary documentation for the validation is aligned with the overall Novo Nordisk procedures. You are responsible for preparation and creation of validation protocols, data sheets, perform validation tests, gather and analyses data, and write final validation reports.
 
You will work in close collaboration with end users, internal system managers, project managers, engineering partners and specialists in order to develop optimal solutions for the production. Qualifications
First and foremost you have an excellent quality mind set, strong communicational skills and you can place the importance of compliance on the agenda in a positive and constructive way. As a person, you are known for a high commitment to finding constructive solutions as well as taking responsibility for your assignments. You have a good overview, a structured and dedicated way of working and the ability to balance when to compromise and when to stand firm.

As a minimum you hold a relevant B.Sc. degree combined with five years’ experience working with IT and or process engineering and preferable IT validation.

You have experience with process validation. You solve problem systematically and are familiar with global GMP demands with regards to validation in the medical device and pharmaceutical industry.

It is crucial that you are able to network, collaborate and work at a high professional level, both internally and externally. You are expected to work both independently and in teams. It is necessary to have a sense for details and ensure an efficient and timely project execution.

As a person you are reliable, structured, proactive, self-driven and team oriented. Finally, you have proficiency in written and spoken English.
