Senior UX Designer, Cloud + Enterprise Design Studio

Microsoft is looking for a Senior UX Designer to plan, craft and drive simple user experiences for complex tasks in our product “Dynamics 365 for Finance and Operations”. Are you a product-focused UX designer who has designed business applications and experiences across web and mobile?

Responsibilities

The role

You love to learn, solve complex interaction challenges, dream up simple breakthrough solutions and design patterns, and drive these designs into the product. You've worked on multiple similar projects already, and you’re fluent at communicating with product managers and developers as well as influencing them and your team to simplify, integrate, and co-create successful user experiences that customers will love. You are excited about the wide range of experiences that we design across purchasing, sales, warehousing and manufacturing – which means that every project involves learning about new personas, processes, tasks, goals and pain points. You’re a tireless advocate for the customer—enthusiastic about building and iterating on designs to discover what works best. You understand how to bring a team together to solve difficult product and customer problems.

Qualifications

Required Qualifications 
• A unique ability to create UX strategies and solutions from the customer point of view 
• Possess a bias toward action and simplification
• Team collaborator who delivers highly usable and compelling customer experiences 
• Self-starter who plans and executes work with minimal support 
• Proficient at influencing others to get great designs shipped in the product Preferred Qualifications 
• 7+ years of combined product design, enterprise UX, or relevant agency-side experience
• Effective storytelling
• Deep understanding of UX’s role in an agile application development process
• Disciplined user of research data and insights to drive decisions and measure success 
• Evangelist of UX among partner teams to raise product quality Apply
