Copenhagen / Local / IT / Ref.: MO-096559 The position as Senior Change and Project Manager is placed centrally in Maersk Oil Information Solutions (IS). You will join a team of 7 dedicated colleagues in the OCIO team (Office of the CIO) handling a variety of tasks across the IS organisation such financial controlling and forecasts, investment portfolio, sourcing strategy, reporting, benchmarking and yearly planning cycle etc. We Offer This position offers a great opportunity to develop and maintain the Change Management capabilities for all new solution implementations in Maersk Oil Information Solutions and to act as a project manager for a range of global projects. You will get the chance to develop and apply best practice for running roll-out of global solutions both by supporting colleagues and by acting as a senior project manager. Key Responsibilities You will act as focal point for Maersk Oil IS Change Management practice, which entails amongst others the following tasks: • Create, develop and implement plans for strategic change management in IS. This involves being the change management expert, coaching, training, and communicating change management areas to internal stakeholders such as project managers, business relationship managers and leadership teams • Assess change plans for projects that affect organizational changes and act as project coach in these. • Create conditions for a smooth transition to changes with least resistance and maximum enthusiasm to adapt changes • Coach and mentor managers in their role as change sponsors for their respective departments and teams. • Act as a senior project manager on concrete global projects with multiple work streams including scoping of project plans, cost overviews, work schedules and contractual deliveries. Who we are looking for We expect you to have a MSc in a relevant area and at least 5 years’ experience on senior level in building and implementing a Change Management capability and direct global/complex projects within IT. You have been involved in several IT project management tasks and are used to handle numerous stakeholders in the interface with the business. The experience you have gathered should if not entirely then at least partly come from a larger company working globally with IT change and project management. As a person it is crucial that you possess the following skills: • Being a strong individual contributor with leadership skills, not losing sight of involving others in team efforts where needed. • Having good interpersonal abilities as you will be exposed to many different stakeholders on a daily basis. • Ability to handle many complex issues at the same time, whilst prioritizing and acting on them. • Good written and spoken communication abilities in English. *LI-HJ1 Last application date: 23 February 2016.
