Quality Management Systems, Vestas Wind Systems A/S, Aarhus/Videbæk, Denmark. The Center of Expertise (CoE) - ensures that business services and related applications are appropriately designed, developed and optimized during their lifecycle and that system integrity is safeguarded. When development is handled by outsourcing partners, CoE interacts in relation to development activities and governance to maximize quality in the delivery. The Center of Expertise ensures continuous improvement and utilization of the applications in order to maximize value and reduce risk. This position is in a sub team with the primary responsibilities to successfully design, develop and implement our Quality Management System (QDA) as well as ensuring optimal utilization of the application in the business through consulting activities. The team plays a central role in the IT service offerings and has a close relationship with external application development partners. Responsibilities: •Identify, analyse and relate business demands to IT system capabilities in collaboration with the business in order to utilize Best Practices. •Facilitate collaboration between IT and external consultants/vendor in order to maximize use of system capabilities and internal knowledge upgrade. •Configure/build services according to Solution Design, compliant with Vestas IT development and architecture standards •Coordinate and conduct solution testing (i.e. Projects, Requests for Changes and 3rd level incident handling) •Develop and maintain appropriate documentation •Participate in rolling out of global standards and solutions within functional area •Contribute to global knowledge sharing activities within functional area •Coach & improve functional expertise of Junior Business Consultants & Apprentices •Deliver consultancy services to the business. •Keeping up to date with technology within functional area Qualifications: •Master degree in Business / IT or similar experience. •In depth practical experience with quality management related to PPAP, SPC, APQP and/or significant experience with production processes. •Possibly experience from a position as quality engineer or as an IT business consultant. •Ability to transform business requirements into IT solutions. •Understanding of project work methodology preferably related to IT projects. •Experience with the CAQ system QDA from ASI DataMyte is a plus. •Experience with ERP systems is a plus.
