We are looking forward to welcoming a business-oriented and experienced SAP business consultant in our ERP department with 15 colleagues. You will be part of an SAP team with an exciting journey ahead. Haldor Topsoe is a growing business, especially our regional offices and manufacturing facilities around the globe. The ERP department, which is based in the Danish parent company, supports this growth by designing, developing, and implementing SAP solutions for the global organization. Together with your colleagues you will drive the extended utilization of SAP best practices and standards in close cooperation with business stakeholders. You will also be a sparring partner and backup for the ERP support team and will perform support tasks from time to time. You also draw on past experience with driving implementation processes in global or multinational organizations that employ highly skilled professionals. Your responsibilities - Design and customization within one or more SAP areas and modules; preferably within Product Lifecycle Management and/or EHS Management - Process design in close cooperation with business stakeholders - Ensure regular status updates on projects/tasks in which you are engaged - Deliver tasks and projects for which you are responsible - Manage external suppliers within your area of expertise - 3rd level support where required. You - Feel comfortable challenging existing business processes and managing stakeholder relationships - Have a flair for organizational change management - Have excellent communication skills - Take pride in delivering tangible result - Have a good sense of humor. Qualifications We imagine that you are a certified SAP consultant or that you have equivalent work experience from a multinational or global company. You may have gained your experience either as an external consultant or as an internal employee where you have proven that you can translate business requirements and processes into state-of-the-art SAP solutions. It will be an advantage if you have a higher education (e.g. economist, computer scientist or engineer) and if you are familiar with project management methodologies and project execution. Being part of a small team also requires that you are willing to familiarize yourself with other SAP modules and products which we of course support by means of training.
