Carlsberg Global Business Services in Copenhagen is looking for an outstanding Project Manager to focus on execution of projects in Carlsberg’s comprehensive project portfolio. If you are interested in working with projects evolving around IT systems and the corresponding business processes in different functional areas, and you are convinced that you can do a difference in a fast pace environment, then we are looking forward to hearing from you. You will manage the full life cycle of one or more project from the initiation to successful hand over to operations. The projects are managed according to slightly modified PRINCE2 methodology. You will work close together with highly skilled colleges in the business and GBS and have your daily reference to the project executive which in most cases will be placed in the business. The job Your main tasks will be to: •Manage the project on a daily basis tracking progress, plans, budget, risks and changes of scope. •Manage a multitude of stakeholders from many Carlsberg’s markets •Follow up on the business case to assure that benefits are harvested •Highlight reporting on a bi-weekly basis In addition, you will be required to build and maintain strong relations and partnerships across Carlsberg’s many markets and functions. You will also have the opportunity to influence and further improve our delivery model to make us able to deliver best in class projects to our colleges in the business About the Project Management Office The Project Management Office is a part of Global Delivery, which holds the delivery responsibility of all IT and process related projects within Carlsberg. The primary focus of the PMO is execution of projects across Carlsberg’s Western European markets as well as truly global projects across all regions. The project portfolio consists of more than 50 projects varying from infrastructure project, implementation of sales tools, transport management systems etc. The Profile You have 5+ years’ experience from a similar position either working internally in a large organisation or working externally as a consultant assisting larger organisations. In your current role you are recognized for your great skills in project management and communication. You hold a relevant university degree. In addition to this you possess the following qualifications: •High degree of business acumen – preferably earned in the touchpoint between IT and Business •Ability to take charge and thereby ensure organisational alignment, accountability and action •Well-organised self-starter capable of analysing issues and making clear decisions •Political savvy facilitator and negotiator It is an advantage if you are PRINCE2 certified.
