If so, you could be just the profile we are looking for as SAP Master Data Business Analyst. About the Department You will be part of Supply Chain Integration, a department which employs 28 dedicated colleagues and is part of the Supply Chain Planning unit. The department’s main responsibilities are to integrate, harmonise and improve processes, systems and data within the supply chain areas; Planning, Purchasing (direct spend), warehousing and production. We support all Product Supply production facilities globally and have key stakeholders through the Supply Chain. We are working in an international and customer oriented way to secure fast and reliable support to our internal and external customers. Furthermore, we take great part in the Master Data Governance in Product Supply (Manufacturing).The department consists of 2 teams and we are looking for a new Master Data Business Analyst in the Core Master Data team. This is an exciting opportunity to get hands-on influence on our master data maintenance processes, and a chance to join a competent and dedicated team responsible for ensuring high master data quality and harmonised master data maintenance processes in Product Supply. The job As Master Data Business Analyst, you will, as a part of the team, be responsible for ensuring continuous high quality and maintenance of our client master data and our Bill of Materials on a global scale. In particular, you will ensure that the master data is maintained correctly and timely, and is consistent for our production sites in Denmark and abroad. Additionally, you will actively contribute to the continuous improvement of our master data processes, and thereby ensure the most value adding process to Product Supply. Within this position you have the opportunity of getting hands on the Novo Nordisk master data maintenance processes and build unique business knowledge within this field. You will become familiar with our supply chain processes in our main systems and with our governance structure. You will have an opportunity to make a significant difference and be part of a team where every day brings something new, as we are moving from an AS400 platform to SAP ECC. Qualifications You have solid experience with master data management in a supply chain function and are very confident with data maintenance, retrieval, data monitoring and KPIs. SAP ECC knowledge is required and AS400 knowledge is preferable. Experience and knowledge within Data Governance and SOPs is an advantage. Fluency in both written and spoken English is required. As a person, you enjoy taking on a support role, where you develop standards and get a chance to influence the business every day. You have a strong analytical and quality mind-set, enabling you to engage in problem solving as well as spot and correct mistakes effectively, and you can balance the business needs with the need to have an updated and coherent data system. Additionally, you have good communication and interpersonal skills, enabling you to establish a professional network internally and externally.
