About the department Our headquarters are situated in Køge close to Copenhagen. Novo Nordisk was approx. 40 000 employees worldwide and FeF Chemicals in Køge has approx. 150 focussed on the non-therapeutic insulin market and GMP Quats. FeF Chemicals has the ability to manufacture and supply a marketing leading product Today we are are a preferred supplier by a large number of global leading pharmaceutical companies and want someone ambitious and motivated to take this to the next stage of growth. You will be support by 12 motivated goal orientated colleagues and support from management to meet your goals. We require an ambitious global networked sales person to ensure we meet our future growth. FeF Chemicals A/S business is experiencing high growth rates in all markets, so you will have ample possibilities for influencing the future business. The job The champion for both ALP and Gels within FeF and partners. Manage and support current internal needs for both products. Develop a go to market strategy for next generation ALP and gels (chromatography). Develop and drive a 5 year sales and marketing strategy plus execute an annual tactical plan for both ALP and gels. Support the external sales organisation and support customer service on daily business tasks. Work closely with R&D in the ongoing NN CMC and manufacturing development to ensure we have clear communication and direction. Responsible for developing scientific compelling data and then advantageously position this into the market. Gather information and make a market analysis to enable the correct direction to position the products in pricing, strategy, accounts and regional variation. his interesting and inspiring job will give you approximately 10% travel per year and would be ideally based in Koge. Qualifications You have as a minimum a Scientific degree and are extremely well networked within the chromatography market. In addition you must have a minimum 5 years international product managment experience within the relevant business area with a proven track record of success. For this job you will need to be persistent, convincing and self-confident, yet you must also master dealing with conflicts in a calm and respectful manner. Your innate high energy level and careful and quality-conscious mindset make you a reliable and valued colleague and representative for the company. It is a must that you are fluent in English (Danish would be useful) – written and spoken, and your IT skills plus presentation skills are excellent.
