About the department The Logistics department, where 28 colleagues are looking forward to welcoming you, is responsible for the planning and purchasing of plastic components that go into most devices in the Novo Nordisk product portfolio and we coordinate the dispatch to our customers within Novo Nordisk on a global scale. Our goal is to enable stable supply and high performance in the supply chain. To achieve that, we focus on proactive communication with our stakeholders to secure the best possible alignment across functions. In order to strengthen coherency of Purchasing and Production Planning processes, systems and data, we are currently implementing SAP Purchase Planning. The job As our SAP Area Responsible Super User you will be DMS primary point of contact to the central SAP team and will ensure local implementation. You will play an important role in supporting the continuous improvement of our supply chain processes through development and local anchoring of SAP processes and solutions. In particular, you will act as coordinator for the department’s SAP super user group. This includes training of super users, developing user guides, as well making decisions together with other SAP Area Responsibles regarding new functionalities. You will also focus on optimisation of system/processes (tactical and operational) and sharing and driving implementation of best practices with other Super Users. To achieve that, you will work closely with the different stakeholders internally in the DMS factory in Hillerød and at other Novo Nordisk sites to secure follow-up on all relevant SAP activities and project implementation milestones. This is a new position where you will get a unique opportunity to develop the SAP area and to define the role. You will set the standards, train your colleagues and influence the business every day. Qualifications You hold a Bachelor or a Master of Science in Engineering, Supply Chain Management or similar. You have solid experience with SAP ECC/APO and preferably also other ERP systems. It is an advantage if you have experience working with SAP in a supply chain function, such as purchasing, shipping or planning. Additionally, you have a good knowledge of other IT applications such as MS Excel. As a person, you have good interpersonal and communicational skills and you can place the importance of SAP on the agenda in a positive and constructive way. You can work independently and in teams and are known for a high commitment to finding constructive solutions as well as taking responsibility for upholding standards. You have a structured way of working and possess strong analytical skills that enable you to focus on the critical aspects and see through the complexity.
