Job Description We are looking for a Recruiting Partner for minimum 12 months employment starting as soon as possible. Your primary focus will be recruiting for a variety of Functional Units at our manufacturing site in Hillerød. This is a great chance to join a modern and efficient Talent Acquisition (TA) function where recruiting is handled in corporation with multiple stakeholders including hiring managers, HR and external recruitment partners. As Recruiting Partner you serve as the primary TA point of contact for the clients and you are the main driver of the end-to-end recruitment process. To help ensure Biogen continues to attract and recruit the best people in the industry your job will include following tasks: • Consult on new requirements, recommend and action recruitment strategies to ensure the highest quality resource is engaged, in an efficient and cost effective manner. • Supplier management; devise and action sourcing strategies to include third party supply. • Supplier partnering; monitor the service delivered by 3rd parties; identifying and resolving issues as appropriate. • Manage full lifecycle recruitment for any needs within the business area. • Interview candidates and present shortlist for each role within the specified timeframes. • Own the relationship with the short listed candidates invited for interview and ensure regular updates and feedback is provided. • Manage candidates from initial application to first day on-site including job offer process. *LI-DEN2 JIX1 Location Hillerod, Denmark Job Category Human Resources Requisition Number 25497BR Qualifications The ideal candidate has some years’ experience from a similar position in biotech, pharma or technical industry. Your experience could also come from a recruitment agency, ideally onsite or RPO. What is important is that you have gained solid hands-on experience with all steps in the recruitment and selection process. Further, it would ideal if you have experience with supplier management. As a person you thrive in a multicultural environment where things move fast. You are an energetic and analytical person with strong communication skills. You take ownership and enjoy engaging with people at all levels. LinkedIn Recruiter and/or other relevant social media experience would be considered a plus, but otherwise we will teach you. Finally, as we are an International company you need to speak, write & read English flawlessly. Fluency in Danish is preferred. Education Relevant educational background.
