About the department The Purchasing department in Sourcing Operations (SoOp) is responsible for the inbound supply chain of materials for production including securing materials at the right time, in the right quantity and in the right quality. We work with standardised processes, which in many cases are subject to GMP standards. As our new Quality Coordinator you will be a part of the staff in the Purchasing department comprising of a Clean coordinator, Quality process manager and personal assistant to the director. The rest of the 45 employees in the department is divided into 3 teams delivering materials to API&CMC, Filling&Tableting and Finish Packaging production globally. The job Your focus will be to ensure that the department at all times are in compliance with current quality demands. You will be responsible for the quality system and play an important part in setting the quality KPI’s. You will responsible for securing the right quality training of employees and for securing an optimal setup of training modules in the ISOtrain system. You will act as sparring partner to the leaders in the department and support the continuous focus on the strengthening of the quality mindset. You will conduct quality training and contribute to a good and constructive dialogue about the quality in processes in the department and with stakeholders. You will be responsible for planning internal audits and Authority inspections in the department. To get to know the processes in details, you will also be involved in writing some SOP’s in the department. Qualifications You are an experienced QA profile with at least 3 years’ expert knowledge from a similar job. You thrive in a role where quality and compliance are key words. If you are used to working in a GMP-controlled environment, it will absolutely give you a head start. Either way, your mind is set on structure and compliance, and you never compromise on quality in your work.
