- Pilot Plant Scientist - Denmark - Måløv A position that grows with you! Novo Nordisk is expanding the clinical late phase organisation related to oral formulations for diabetics. The future Pilot facility is under construction and correspondingly our new department, OFP Manufacturing Development, is being established. That is why we are looking for a production scientist ready to take up the responsibility for excipients related to the pilot facility. About the department The department is expanding with yet around 20 employees and will by August 2015 employ 85 colleagues grouped in 6 teams. The purpose of the department is deliverables for the late stage clinical trial and preparation of filing documentation. This means qualifying the manufacturing equipment, setting and validating the manufacturing process. Also the department will be operating the late phase facility. The job You will play an absolute key role in our production team. A vital part of your job is to ensure that the facility is in compliance with cGMP standards. Across your tasks and projects you will have a close collaboration with different team members and other departments in OPF, ensuring that our project time lines and deliverables are met. The job will give you a solid knowledge of what it takes to start up a new Pilot Production facility while you will be involved in a break through development in the diabetic treatment area. Qualifications You hold a Master degree in Engineering, Pharmacy, Chemistry or similar. Your previous employment has provided you with solid experience within pharmaceutical production. You have a strong quality mindset, overview and keen eye for details. You thrive on handling multiple tasks simultaneously in a dynamic environment. As a person we expect you to have excellent collaboration skills, be structured and reliable and to have an ability to keep your cool and make the right decisions in a hectic work environment. Also, you are a team player and have a feel for communicating essential information to the right stakeholders at the right time.
