In that case you should apply for the position as Quality Assistant in DMS Operation QA. About the department DMS Operation QA consist of two Teams, Manufacturing QA and Supplier QA, at the moment we are 32 highly qualified and engaged QA Engineers and Technicians who are responsible for the quality of plastic components, springs, raw material and pre-assemblies, produced by Novo Nordisk in Hillerød and our suppliers worldwide. The job As Quality Assistant you work close together and report to the Senior Manager of DMS Operation QA. You will have an important administrative and coordinating role in department. Part of your job will be a part of implementing our competence house. Providing rolling estimates on budgets and deliver monthly follow-up on KPI’s. You will handle department binders and documentation and you will arrange meetings and workshops. In addition, you will secure the administration of the department’s intranet page. All in all, you can expect to get high influence and a position with a wide variety of tasks in a dynamic and ambitious environment. Qualifications You are service-minded, a team player take responsibility for your tasks and have a can-do attitude. You take initiative and like new challenges. You have a flair for numbers and experience with the planning and controlling of budgets. You work in a structured manner, ensure that your tasks are completed timely and have a good sense of humour. You have some years of experience from a similar position. You are an experienced IT user, familiar with the Office-package and therefore fully versed in Word, PowerPoint and Excel, and preferably also have some knowledge of working with ISO-train and SAP.
