In Alfa Laval we experience an increased demand for our solution within Brewery industry. We are therefore looking for a motivated colleague, who will strengthen our project team within E&S Brewery department and contribute to our success in the global market. Engineering & Supply (E&S) is a truly global support organization committed to deliver projects and solutions within a wide range of applications and industries. We have employees in Denmark, Mexico, China, Sweden, Germany, US, India, Brazil, Italy etc. As a Commissioning engineer in the E&S Brewery department you must have a good understanding of the brewery world - technically as well as commercially. You can expect over 100 travel days a year. Key Tasks •Commissioning and start-up of brewery projects to deliver well-functioning plants at the lowest cost and agreed time line •Test installed equipment, trouble shooting, performanceTest and deliver training to secure final acceptance from customers •Work in structured way accordance to safety requirements, rules and regulation, quality and standards •Prepare documentation and progress updates. •Participate in project meetings and assist project managers to ensure the project deliverables accordance to specifications •Assist project team during engineering phases. Personal Profile & qualifications •Minimum 5 years’ experience in engineering, commissioning, start-up of brewery or food process plants •Candidates with experience from Brewery or Food industry are preferred. •Capable of working independently on mass balance, PFD, P&ID and component specifications for standard & nonstandard projects. •Good knowledge about process instrumentation and instrument networks. •Capable of reviewing equipment & layout drawings. •A good knowledge of automation with practical start-up experience of process control systems is an advantage. •Able to work with people from all levels •Customer oriented team player, who is ready to help and cover for colleagues •Internationally oriented with good cross- cultural awareness •Able to communicate in English, both written and verbal •Experiences from installation work are an advantage.
