Digital Banking is now looking for a Junior Project Manager to further strengthen the Analytics team. This is a great opportunity to become a part of the Analytics team and be a key driver in reaching our strategic objectives. You will be responsible for helping and transform business plans into tangible goals for different projects and will be accountable for driving successful deliveries. This is an opportunity to assist in developing and maintaining the Business/IT strategy while contributing to efficient operations for cost and risk controls. The position we offer We offer you an opportunity to further develop your project management skills. You will work collaboratively with internal IT teams, third party service providers and business teams in supporting implementation in multiple projects. In addition you are partially responsible for supporting and managing the overall economy and financial planning cycles as well as vendor/consultant management. The position is not a traditional project management role as you will not be in charge of your own project team but will be driving changes through the whole value chain in Analytics. Your main tasks include: •Taking business deliverables and help the Business and IT to take the scope into concrete plans. Thereafter drive and execute the plans and follow the process •Coordination in the role •Working agile •Stakeholder management The position could be located in either central Copenhagen or Helsinki. The qualifications you need We believe that you have about 1-3 years’ experience of project management with a Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT or other relevant area. To be successful in the position we believe that you: •Are highly organized, proactive and disciplined project management skills. •Have strong problem solving, analysis and organization skills. •Are fluent in both spoken and written English. •Have Clarity application knowledge. •Have Jira and Jira portfolio knowledge. •Have some experience from the financial industry. •Have a Scrum master certification and/or Project management certification. Considered an advantage but not a requirement. Furthermore you have good communication, interpersonal and negotiation skills.
