About the role

We’re looking for a part-time Product Operations Specialist, who is ready to take on the challenge of driving and evolving the operational backbone of our R&D department.

Together with the R&D management team, but in particular with our Product Operations Lead, your responsibility is to ensure that we - in a time of scaling - always build the best product in the most efficient way. Concretely this means designing, implementing and optimizing processes and tooling within the department, as well as relevant cross-department tooling and processes.

 

What you’ll do

• Drive efficiency within R&D by utilizing agile best practices and measurements

• Ensure a steady flow of product feedback and insights to help inform the priorities of R&D

• Facilitate transparency, communication, and quality of service between R&D and the rest of the organization

• Own and execute general operational tasks (i.e. implement, manage and document process/tooling, procurement)

 

What we’re looking for

• You are following business and/or technically oriented Master degree with more than a year left of your studies.

• You always look for better ways to work. Moreover, you have a strong business understanding and great communication skills with an added interest in both technology and innovation.

• Any experience with process optimization and in particular in regards to any of the following tools it’s certainly a plus: Jira, Confluence, Zendesk, and Salesforce.

• With 20+ nationalities English is our office-language and you are therefore expected to be proficient in both verbal and written English.

• You are available to work 15-20 hours a week - though we are flexible as we know you also need to take care of your studies.
