Set the financial agenda for LEGO Education – and use your excellent analytical skillset combined with commercial business understanding to challenge the business through proactive financial analysis.

Create clear impact through financial analysis and storytelling

As our head of Financial Planning & Analysis, you will lead a team of 5 financial specialists - 4 in Billund, Denmark, and 1 in Boston, US. Additionally, you will join the leadership team of “Planning, Operations and Finance”, where you will be part of ensuring an aligned direction for finance, operations and strategic planning.

Your success criterion is to drive an agenda of proactively challenging the business through financial insights and analysis. This will enable you and the team to continuously be on top of the financial storyline for the business. Through translating analysis into actionable recommendations, you ensure that we continue to add value. You will do this based on strong ownership and execution of core financial deliveries such as:

• Core financial processes such as budgets and financial estimates

• The financial reporting platform

• Activity-based cost analyses

• The pricing process in the organisation

Leadership experience and great financial insight

You are well-versed in leading a team of financial specialists, and you enjoy being an active member of the team. This is underlined by your holistic mindset and analytical skillset, which enable you to see through data and quickly spot trends and insights. Having done just that, you know how to translate financial deliveries into actionable challenges and recommendations in a way that makes sense to and add value to the business.

• To succeed in doing so, we imagine that you:

• Have a master’s degree in economics

• Have 8+ years of experience in a finance specialist function, preferable with a full value chain perspective

• Have 3+ years of leadership experience within the financial sector, preferable with remote leadership and managing min. 5 direct reports

• Preferably have experience with SAP

• Speak and write English effortlessly
