This position arises as a part of an expansion plan of Tinytots International Daycare and Kindergarten. It is an excellent chance to join a friendly and vibrant team environment. Responsibilities: • Implement activities and lessons founded on the Highscope curriculum • Help develop teaching goals for the centre and its teachers, based on focused Key Development Indicators (i.e. key experiences) • Create positive, well-organised and attractive learning environments including resources focused on child development • Ensure the learning environment is clean, hygienic and safe • Plan and implement outdoor and extra-curricular activities and events • Observe and record children’s growth, development and behaviour • Build good, open communication with children, families and staff; plan for parent interactions, including parent-teacher meetings, newsletters etc • Administrative tasks as and when required

Requirements: • Degree in early childhood teaching qualification, either from Denmark or its foreign-equivalent. If your degree certificate is in a language other than English or Danish, you need to provide a certified translation • Minimum 2 years’ working experience in Early Childcare/ Kindergarten, where you have designed and implemented lessons/ activities • Native speaker or native-level fluency in English is desired. Proficiency in one or more of the following languages will be distinct advantage (Danish, Spanish, Dutch, French, Russian or Chinese) • Proficiency and ability to teach children in any of extra-curricular activities (e.g. creative arts, music, dance, yoga) is required • IT literacy- ability to handle regular communication through our parent-portal • Creative and truly passionate to work with children while being extremely patient and caring • Sound written and verbal communication skills • Great team player while can also work independently • Person who is culturally sensitive and thrives in truly international environment • Enthusiastic and flexible to share tasks typical for a small but growing organisation

Additional mandatory requirements: • Work-permit or right to work in Denmark as we can not provide work-visa • As a standard rule in childcare, kommune (municipality) will require your criminal record for past 10 years from all the places wherein you have lived for more than 6 months. You need to be able to provide the criminal records to be able to join our organisation
