For more information please visit: http://www.biogen.com/careers The Analyst is a member of Hillerød Manufacturing Planning & Inventory Control team and is responsible for maintaining Bill of Materials and Master Data for the company’s bulk production facility. The Analyst ensures Master Data quality consistency between various applications and set standards how to use master data. The position is a Subject Matter Expert understanding all parameters impact across variety Oracle applications and can engage in optimization projects contributing with in depth knowledge. Routine and ad hoc reporting will be expected to help material planners ensuring inventory levels Primary Responsibilities: ? Creation and maintaining Bill of Materials for new and mature products to ensure demand collection in Material Requirement Plan. ? Coordination with materials planners and various departments such as Master Data Management, Procurement, Manufacturing Sciences, Warehouse and Quality Assurance and Warehouse ? Maintain Material Master Data for raw materials, production intermediates and final drug substance by being the subject matter expert understanding how the parameters impacts the different area of the business ? Streamline and set standards for use of master data across multiple applications within Oracle such as Product Lifecycle Management, Supply Chain Management and Value Chain Planning ? Engage in internal and cross-functional optimization projects ? Provide business with routine and ad hoc reporting, analysis, and guidance Qualifications/ Skills: ? Minimum 1-2 years relevant work experience or a talented fresh graduate with supply chain background Education: ? HD/Cand. Merc/Production Engineer or alike
