Copenhagen/Gråsten/Hasselager (Silkeborg from Q2 2019)/Vantaa/Vaasa (Finland)
 
Are you motivated by international marketing activities, and would you like to accelerate sales growth by developing and executing branding and marketing campaigns founded in a thorough understanding of customer needs? Then you might be our new Marketing Project Manager in the Danfoss Drives segment.

We are world leader in developing the AC drives technologies of today and tomorrow. You will be part of an enthusiastic and strong Marketing Content & Concepts team located across multiple locations. The job is located in either Copenhagen, Gråsten, Hasselager (moving to Silkeborg in Q2 2019) in Denmark, or Vantaa or Vaasa in Finland, and requires up to 20 travelling days per year.

Develop and drive marketing campaigns and activities

As Marketing Project Manager your main focus will be on project execution of creative marketing campaigns. You can expect to have important responsibilities that include:

• Project management for marketing campaigns including but not limited to the Drives business segment, product launches/ updates and industry campaigns (in all channels and media)
• Conceptualize marketing campaigns with Marketing Concepts & Content team members and other internal stakeholders as well as external agencies etc. based on customer journeys and data analyses of marketing KPIs Participate in launch teams and manage all marketing communication activities in relation to projects
• Support Danfoss Drives strategy, and Regional Marketing/Sales with relevant market communication materials including digital approach
• Ensure quality of marketing communication projects, materials and processes Drive general marketing communications development/ improvement projects
• Handle supplier relationships related to marketing communication activities  

Strong Marketing Project Manager with concept development experience 

You have a relevant educational background at Master’s level in marketing or an equivalent. You are experienced in managing marketing campaigns, preferably from a similar role in an international company where you have worked with B2B customers, or from agency experience.

You have a proven track record with project management, working with multiple projects at the same time. You can manage the delivery of a project, including stakeholder management and project plans, and you possess excellent organisation and time management skills with the ability to execute projects from beginning to end within tight deadlines without any sacrifice in quality or user experience.

We also expect that you are interested in gaining insights into customer needs and interests related to our business areas, and how Danfoss Drives can create excellent customer experiences with our offering to the market.
 
On the personal skills side, you possess a strong quality mind-set and have the ability to motivate, inspire, and influence others by your positive and proactive approach. You enjoy working across functions in an international environment, and your excellent interpersonal and communication skills enable you to coordinate with and involve multiple stakeholders across the organization. You have a “digital first" mindset. Finally, you have strong and effective written, verbal and presentation skills in English.
