About the department The department is organised within Customer Complaint Center which is responsible for global handling of product complaints, counterfeit products and product recalls. You will be reporting to the Vice President of the area. We are located in Bagsværd, Denmark. The job You will lead a department consisting of around 8 highly skilled professionals. The department is responsible for handling and reporting on complex and critical product complaints for all of Novo Nordisk’s products from all over the world. In situations where this leads to recall of products from the market, you are responsible for ensuring fast and effective recall in close cooperation with upper management, production and one or more affiliates around the world. You are also responsible for investigating reports of suspected counterfeit products and heavily involved in implementing Novo Nordisk’s anti-counterfeit product strategy. Last but not least, you are overall responsible for timely reporting on product quality to internal and external stakeholders throughout the world. Qualifications You have solid management experience and preferably production experience within the pharmaceutical industry. You have an academic degree in engineering, pharmaceutical sciences, or a related natural science discipline.As a person you are robust, good at setting direction, and able to communicate in a clear and inspiring manner. Your management style is characterized by involvement of employees and delegation of tasks.You are a team player who is willing to contribute actively in our management team and thereby contribute to constant improvement of the whole area.
