Are you a committed manager who excels at leadership and driving success and who truly believes in the power of work happiness?

Join us and become our new Manager of the Organisational Change Management team in our newly formed Agile Delivery division where you’ll be responsible for leading a team consisting of six highly skilled organisational change managers.

Your closest colleagues in Agile Delivery cover all the disciplines and are key players in making the projects and the agile delivery vehicles perform.

Your key tasks will be to

successfully build and lead a strong team, while at the same time securing personal development for all individual team members
continuously develop the Group’s organisational change management discipline used in our projects
together with the team, drive the development of a structured framework, including an agile change management approach
build solid relationships with key stakeholders and ensure that the change management discipline is understood and used throughout the Group
drive the enablement of the organisation to lead change.

Furthermore, you’ll play an active part in building a new management team, not only with your immediate colleagues from the Processes, User Experience and Test Management teams, but also with the managers from the rest of Agile Delivery.

Your competences include that you

have a bachelor’s degree or higher and substantial experience leading change management in large organisations
are well-versed in change management portfolio building and with change management frameworks such as PROSCI
possess an exceptional drive for success and have strong storytelling skills
are experienced in stage gate as well as agile software development methodologies; having experience with SAFe is a plus, but not a must
have strong relationship skills with stakeholders at all levels, speak and write English fluently and thrive in an international environment.

In addition, you have strong leadership skills and know what it takes to introduce a new skill set to the organisation.
